Please click on the "Send feedback on this topic to Microsoft" at the bottom of the SET REFRESH help topic, and send this in.

I can't see where the SET REFRESH topic says it needs to be an integer, so that needs to be added too.

Other documentation issues should be reported in the same manner, by clicking the link in the specific topic.
