An updated version of Montage is available for downloading. It's a small, but immediately noticeable change that includes a nice sound effect, as well as more control over initial window activation, with better defaults.

I've reorganized the web site a bit, making the downloads easier to get to, in a variety of flavors. Those who installed the previous version can simply pick up montage3.exe (614 KB).

I hope you like my little GIF animation (click to enlarge it). More substantial changes are in the works. Thanks very much to those who have given helpful feedback.
