The link points to a MS page and we know that only IE should be used here!
Moz or Netscape did not work for me too. Only IE and I have printed the document. Is good.

Google search on "installshield mike stewart site:msdn.microsoft.com" gives me two articles, one by Whil Hentzen (mentions you), and your walkthrough article from June 2001. I can see those articles fine - they are direct links to articles, without all the salad around them. So it must be some wrong vinegar in that salad.
