I just saw this posting -

The problem I had was MsInstaller seemed to have gotten broken and that was my problem. I fixed it as indicated in prior post by installing the InstallShield addon which "fixed" it.

If you don't see the add/remove, you can get to the uninstall by using the SETUP.exe in the VFP folder. I hope this is enough to get you started.
