Is there a known problem with the AERROR() function? It's supposed to return two rows in the array if there is an ODBC error code 1526 when executing an SQL Pass-Thru command. For some reason I'm only getting one row and the error code that is returned in the fifth element is zero. What I'm trying to do is to trap a query timeout event when I run a transaction that gets held for a row lock in a MS-SQL database. The error message in the array says that it is a timeout but the error code doesn't tell me anything. I'm assuming the actual error code is supposed to be in the second row of the array.

If anyone can help I'd greatly appreciate it...

Thanks,
Jim White
