Maybe he's exiting the application in a different way than you?

>Thanks Jim - I will suggest he checks this, But not sure I understand why this would cause the error as I can bring up multiple instances of the application wihout error as it is using a shared DBMS on a server. Thanks for the suggestion May point me in the right direction.
