MS had a version called something to the effect of Small Business Server. It was supposed to simplify things (and be more affordable for small businesses), and it came with SQL Server, Exchange Server, and some other stuff, and was limited in the number of connections.

Boy, was it a beating. It was difficult (impossible?), to customize the installation, and leave out certain components.
