I tested the code on two fresh tables, so the index is not corrupted. Each table only has 5 records each. It never populates the last record no matter how many records are in the tables.

I'm on vfp7, but I did try the select just before the gather, just before the endscan etc... with no luck.

Perhaps there is a better way to approach this. All I am doing is going through a table and updating records in another table if they meet certain criteria.
