Are you saying that you have the same icon displayed in every row? If this is the case, then you are not using the code I gave you as an example because that code will display different images. I actuallu do test the code that I post here unless I explicitly state otherwise < s >.

Do I keep the original textbox that comes when I create a grid column?

You do not have to. Whether you do or you don't, it is irrelevant with repsecty to displaying the icons.
