Still stumped. I placed both the files in the Winnt\system32 directory. Tried to run my exe and still comes up with Visual Foxpro cannot start message, unable to load resources

There must be something that I am missing.

>Gdiplus.dll and msvcr70.dll should go into windows system directory. Make sure that you don't overwrite more recent versions of those dll's if they are present already.
