Hi,

This is my first time using this group. Windows wanted to do an automatic update so I said OK. This message came on: Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something the information you were sorking on might be lost. Please tell Microsoft about this problem. We have created an error report. (the two options were - send error report or don't send. I pushed send error report. A box came up and said something like connecting and report sent. But the problem I encounter is that this message keeps popping up everywhere and stops whatever I'm working on and really slows things down. Is this a worm? Or is it really from Microsoft and if so shouldn't Microsoft fix it for me at no charge?

Any advice on fixing this problem and or any feedback would be appreciated.
