Hi Kevin,
It's a known issue with Crystal Reports. Here is a link to the bug and a work around:
http://support.crystaldecisions.com/kbase/c2011099.asp>I've created a report in CR.NET. I've set up the report for landscape mode.
>
>When I launch the report at run-time, the preview window seems to show it correctly [as if it were in landscape]. However, when the user clicks the PRINT button [I'm using the standard crystal runtime toolbar] and gets the print dialog, the default orientation is portrait, not landscape.

>Thanks,
>Kevin
