This message has been marked as the solution to the initial question of the thread.
Set column.InputMask to 9,999,999.999 instead of textbox.Format.

>I have a grid for which the RecordSource is a table. One of the field in this table is having 5 decimals. In the grid, I want to display only 3 decimals. How can I do this? I put the format as 9,999,999.999 (for the textbox in the gird), but it works only when I go to that column. Once I leave the column it changes back to the original format.
