An update trigger is failing for a table that has a compound expression as it's primary index...ACCOUNT+DTOC(REQ_DATE)

The delete trigger seems to be ok, only the update is failing (best I can tell.)

Anyone have any experience with failing triggers, specifically related to compound expressions in the primary index?

Any help is appreciated... At this point I'm on caffiene and no sleep, so I apologize if my request isn't well worded!
