Checked the screenshot and my idea hasn't changed.
However in screenshot it's not clear how the data is stored. It'd be nonsense to spare too much space for the days with no info.
Instead I'd design a table like :
rmID, Date, Info
and create cursors with transformations on the fly for display/entry.
