1) check for any active timers
2) if it happens in the activate or refresh, closing the debugger may cause those events to fire again.
3) if the code which causes the debugger to come up is in a refresh of an object in a big grid... it runs for each of them in turn, visible rows times visible columns with such objects. In that case, make sure the code in such objects is bulletproof.
