Thanks very much for your reply, and I certainly value it more than 2 eurocents !

I understand your point with regard to the ending date. Upto now, the way I have trying to do things is to set filter to the employee group, and order to the date of change. The period between the previous date and the next date creates a wage period for the previous date.

Presently, I am in the process of working on some code that Hilmar and Cetin have sent me, based on my present situation. The code looks very promising.
In case it does'nt work, I will be also trying out this option.
