Hi,

We use a remote view and do the following:
SELECT rv_RemoteView
APPEND GENERAL rv_RemoteView.RV_Picture
= SETFLDSTATE(0, 2, "rv_RemoteView")
= TABLEUPDATE(.T., .T.)
We learned that the field state of the general field does not change which causes the tableupdate not to unclude it in the update process.

HTH,
Arriyel
