My apologies in advance This is a cross post from the VB forum.
As administrator I can run 4 applications that do not write to or access any local files. It does use SQL 2000 and the registry. When running as a user with read rights to the
program files dir and RW rights to temp I recieve the following message;
The application failed to initiate properly (0x0000022), Click ok to terminate the application.
I need to resolve the issue in order to close the deal...
