If you want a complete list the USPS has several, even one with full ZIP Codes-Cities.

If all you want is a list of US State Codes, you can easily build it yourself (it's only 50, not counting Puerto Rico and maybe Canada {gd&r}).

You do not even have to use a DBF but can be a text string that you easily parse with SUBSTR()

cStates = "AKALAZCA..." etc.
