>If I were to upgrade an application from VFP 6.0 to VFP 8.0, what are the problems I am likely to face ? If the application is to reside on 40 clients connected to a windows 2000 server, is there any problem ? How about having to redo forms and reports ?

As stated in this thread, you will not find any significant or likely problems, aside from the SQL syntax verification/compatibility issues. But, as Garret said SET ENGINEBEHAVIOR 70 will easily help with that.

Just be sure to "Recompile All" in your project and you should be fine. You will definitely like what you see in VFP8! Trust me! The you'll be itching to add new stuff like Try/Catch and CursorAdapter {g}.
