We'll have to agree to disagree...

But FYI:
1) The MEMO in DISTINCT could have been fixed by simply ensuring that ALL fields were compared, INCLUDING memo field content.
2) The GROUP BY could have been fixed by ensuring that all fields INCLUDING inherent "field function" values were properly sourced from the correct record.
