Maybe a component (DLL or OCX)!

>This is the same error on 4 different apps. I feel it is a possible rights issue. But I have to find the answer as I have a great product and want to get paid so I can put gas in my evil SUV. The applications work great if you are the administrator, but the end user recieves the message.
