I move records from FoxPro to Oracle every night for reporting purposes. Since I still use VFP 6 I used the upsizing wizard to create the tables in Oracle, wrote a Fox app to convert them to SDF files, and created some SQLLDR scripts to load the data into Oracle. It loads a million+ row table in about 2 minutes. To do this I would recommend getting the book "Oracle SQL-Loader - The Definitive Guide" published by O'Reilly.
