Has this server always been sick?
What controller do you use?
Are you using the controller BIOS or a driver (NTBOOTDD.SYS) via boot.ini?
What other duties does this box perform? Services?
Anything in the event logs?

The server's configuration has not changed, the demand has increased, causing me to question things.
The controller provided by HP, HP netserver ld pro.
There is no driver in the boot.ini, so it must be using the bios of the controller.
