Confirm the obvious: make sure that your query has the values that will populate the missing data., do a browse last, just before running the report.

Is the line printing or is just one column missing. If the line is not printing, check all the other elements on the line. Make sure the "remove line if blank" is not checked, under the "print when" option.

Stretch your box really wide, just to see if it's a display issue. If it's a charachter value, add alltrim(). CLick the "stretch with overflow" checkbox.
click on the ... button of the format value and choose left justify.
