Is anybody using See4FP from Marshallsoft to send emails from VFP using an exchange server?

We have been using this for quite some time now and we were very happy with it until one customer said they didn't receive the emails sent using this program. We are using the program to send an email with an Excel file attachment to a customer. The customer's sys admin says that the reverse lookup fails on their server when the email is received.

Any sugestions? Any comments?
