This is from an email he sent me:
You can download it from www.ifox.com.ar (there's only Spanish documentation and website for the moment).

It's 100% VFP7 code with Winsock calls so the only requirement are Winsock2 and the VFP runtimes.
It's in spanish, but he also sent me some translated help files (what a guy!). If you want, I could forward those to you.
