The bottom line for me is that if that paragraph still reads the same way when VFP8 becomes available in March, I for one, will not be able to justify upgrading.
I know that Ken said otherwise in an earlier note, but as he never did respond to Sergey, and since I do believe that the EULA will take precedence over anything said off the cuff in a newsgroup, I just don't see how I can take the chance. Not that I think MS will necessarily jump all over those who continue to use version 7 (the basis for upgrade), but for a professional developer, a license agreement is not something to take lightly.
