If there is no possiblity of a demo, have a return policy.

The demo also doesn't need the runtimes either. Just the dev environment.

The thing that gets me is that there are so many 'gurus' out there making excuses for the team before they even get a chance to respond. We heard, no way the beta would be made available, and then a month later, it is.
