1. There are commercial installers, like Wyse, Install Shield and there's always Microsoft's MSI.
2. With classic ASP you cannot really protect much as it is, by nature, an interpreted (scripting) language, using either VBS or JS. There are some ways but I don't think they are worth the trouble. If you really want to protect your web source code, then don't use ASP but ASP .Net instead (which is compiled) or ISAPI and a compiled language, like VB Classic, Visual FoxPro, Visual C++, Delphi, etc.
