you also need the VC++ 7 Runtime Files (files are named msvc*7.dll). VFP8t.dll should also be present (I assume, you have copied it). Registering vfp8r.dll shouldn't be necessary. You can also do a simple test: Just copy your VFP MT DLL to the target machine, create a new COM+ application in the components explorer and then create a *new* COM+ component inside the application.
