The US overwhelming air power and use of air power is why they cause most friendly fire incidents.

I spoke to my father about it the other day. He served in Italy in WWII. The only time he was strafed from the air it was by the US. Also he mentioned before an attack they withdrew 2 miles to allow the US to bomb without hitting them. Thats not a comment about US accuracy but it is a comment about aerial bombardment.
