I looked at the site, from democrats in Virginia. Hardly what I would call a credible source, but I read on. Once I got past all the Bush-bashing (which took awhile), I found the part about the UN document. Where did they get this information? I have no idea, because they don't bother to tell me. Yet they bash the "main-stream media", which will at least give me a source from time to time. So this is a grand conspiracy of the "main-stream media" to supress the truth? Yeah, right.
