Unless you're France or Russia! :0) I'm thinking of the non-aggression treaties France had with Hitler and the one between Hitler and Russia...so much for treaties. Not to worry, I'm sure if the UN existed then that the treaties would have been recognized and abided by :o) Oh yeah, the UN was created after WWII, wasn't it???
