If you are using DO FORM syntax:

DO Form MyForm2 NAME oMyForm2 LINKED

To call it:
oMyForm2.Hide
REPORT FORM... PREVIEW
oMyForm2.Show

oMyForm2 is an actual object variable, so

RELEASE oMyForm2

will kill your Form2.
