but what i mean is, i have developed an application which is use 1024x768 form screen resolution. but if i installed that application on my network which the resolution is not 1024x768, my application detect it and change automatically. because if i made my form in 800x600 it too small.

But don't you thinkt hat the user of the computer has the right to run in whatever resolution is most comfortable for him or her? What makes you think that you have the right to dictate what resolution the end-user must use?
