What version of Visio do you have. To make ERD diagrams, you need at least Professional version. This version can reverse engineer you VFP databases. To be able to both reverse engineer and foward engineer (send back modifications to your database), you will need the Entreprise version. With Visio 2002, that corresponds to the one that come with Visual Studio .Net Entreprise Architect.
