Hi Christof,

Yeah, that's the site I spend most of the evening on :) I got dizzy trying to follow all the contact links. Their Contact Us page has a dead customer service link and the support site then leads you down a whole other set of options. They don't list an e-mail, but if I don't hear back from the one I sent, I'll resort to calling.
