The only other thing I can think of is using SET NOCPTRANS on your tables. Have you checked your VFP installation cd for the Polish equivalent to vfp7enu.dll? I don't know if there is one. For VFP8 I see the following:

vfp8enu.dll
vfp8kor.dll
I don't know what it would be for Polish or if there is one. Is there a Polish development version of VFP? I believe Steven Black is really knowlegeable in this area as he wrote tools for international development. Have you checked his site?
