Imagine purchasing anything in which you have to agree that it may not work and the creator is not responsible? So it is with many software agreements. Strange how my clients are not willing to sign off any of my work with the condition that it does not work and I am not responsible.

Our industry has too many attorneys representing it and too much uncertainty about it.
