I can giggle at this one. When I worked for the government we had a sight-impaired employee working on the help desk of all places. He gave great customer support because he had memorized EVERYTHING while all of us had to bring it up on our screens to talk the customers through stuff. If was funny though to watch him work! He finally got speech recognition software oneday and hated it.
