I agree :o) I know I'm wrong about meeting the standards, but that's ok. I educate the customer, but I can only recommend and try to lead them in the right direction for the longrun. In the end, I am not going to say to him/her "I'm sorry, but I cannot take your money because I refuse to implement any feature that is not within MSFT's gui standards." Of course, there are limits to the 'customer is always right' ... :o)
