I just got an e-mail from Doug Hennig on how to do this. All you have to do is right-click in the DE and select Builder... from the popup menu. On the builder, click tab #2 -- Cursors. Click the Add button and add the CA class from the VCX that you want. Repeat with the Add button until all CAs have been added.
