Let me explain what I have so far. I form with a timer of 2 mins to fresh the data(check for new data that match the criteria) and a grid for displaying. The first time the rightclick() wasn't responsing was because the textbox was disabled. Now, in the init() of the form I called a method 'SetGrid' to setup my columns and set the currentControl. Like you said, everytimes the recordsource was refreshed, the rightclick() was reset.
I tried creating a textbox class 'mytext' and use addobject('text2','mytext') inside 'SetGrid' and it still doesn't work. Is there a way I can work around this so my rightclick() still work after the data has been refreshed? TIA
