Exactly...

I saw a reference to some stuff in the February issue that I wanted to read. I think they have a separate user account & password for accessing the online articles. I remember them mailing me something about that a couple of years ago. But I don't recall ever using it. And of course, wher is that password now???? I emailed the point of contact as indicated on their web site to try and find out what my account information is and it's been about 5 days with no response.

I see from other postings that the late delivery time might be normal. Although I'm really interested in knowing if there are people that say "Oh no, I've had the Feb issue for a few weeks now." Then I'd really get on the phone find out why my delivery is so late.
