You really don't need .NET framework for apple. Your apple client will run your ASP.NET web page in his/her browser without .NET framework.
This is the beauty of web-based application. The client (in your case a Mac computer) does not have to have any run-time framework installed. The .NET framework is on the web server and not on the client.
Of course, for development you need to have .NET framework. But I presume you develop on a PC so it is not problem for you.
