Your experience matches mine. FWIW, seems to me the cover date is irrelevant. Why does it matter whether the issue that arrives in February is dated January, February or March? The real issue is whether you get an issue once a month.

Of course, it would be nice to know that, for example, FoxTalk would always arrive the third week of the month.
