No, the VFP7 license agreement did NOT have wording like this and does allow continued use of VFP6 or whatever was used to qualify for the "upgrade".

I guess the only "solution" is to buy a FULL VERSION VFP8 or to buy the MSDN that includes it (in which case a MSDN clause overrides the bad one in VFP8).

But this, along with UNsupported NT4, is SURELY going to hurt VFP8 sales, and this is something that we do NOT NEED!!!
