Hi Craig.
You have a great point. We keep up with licensing because we insist our clients do the same with us. I can't fathom what they did to incur 90 grand in penalties, but it sure did catch our attention. When we think someone is violating our licensing we just cut them off. No support and no more sales. Sooner or later they are forced to move to someone else, which is fine, or try to straighten things out with us.
